		FREE SHIPPING in the continental United States. We will ship via UPS, FED EX GROUND or USPS. Customers outside the continental United States will pay the actual shipping charges plus a handling fee of $10.00 per box. Please call or e-mail us for shipping charges at southwestheaven@cox.net. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. GREAT CARE is taken in packaging your merchandise so that nothing is ever damaged during shipment. If by some chance you receive a damaged item, call or e-mail us for a return authorization. RETURNS - If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt for any reason, we will either replace the item or issue a refund (minus the shipping and insurance cost) upon return of item(s) by customer. All merchandise must be returned in original resalable condition and not to have been used, washed or damaged in any way. OPENED PACKAGES OF SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, WALL BORDERS AND ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN USED OR WASHED CANNOT BE RETURNED. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance cost of product(s). All returns must be issued a return authorization. Please call customer service prior to return for return address and authorization. Returns received without proper authorization will not be accepted.
